Categories of Personal Information We Collect
We collect identifiers such as your email address (newsletter and contact form), and your name and message content (contact form only). We do not collect sensitive personal information, and we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Your Rights as a California Resident
You have the right to know what personal information we have collected about you, request deletion of your personal information, correct inaccurate personal information, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. Since we do not sell or share personal information, this last right is already met by default.
Non-Discrimination
We will not deny you goods or services, charge different prices, or provide a different level of service because you exercised any of your CCPA rights.
How to Submit a Request
Send a request through our Contact page with “CCPA Request” in the subject line, or email us directly at dpo@pubmartech.com. We will verify your identity using the email address associated with your data before fulfilling the request.
